Kaigun Dokeshi is the main antagonist of Aftermath, he is a magician and a student at the unnamed high school. However, after learning from his usage of magic, he begin to start all the mess around Japan, including the parade incident.

Kaigun is the arch-enemies of Aoi Aimasuku and Skyler, which was responsible for the deaths of former's parents

Appearance

He is a late 20s Japanese man with light blue hair, pale skin, blue and purple scars and green eyes.

For his clothing, he was weared in a navy Apollo outfit, along with his navy/purple jester hat.

• His name is a japanese translation of navy jester, referring to his appearance.
• In original concept, Dokeshi have a same outfit like real life jester, even though there's no actual drawing due to the creator reset Ibis Paint X countless times.
